Brian received a request from the Lowry campaign to assist with debt retirement. M/S/P, as amended, to donate $600.

Holiday Party: December 15th at Buckley Grange.  Email announcement pending.  Food assignments are on website; Link will be posted on Lake Tapps Resistance page. Brian will secure liquor license.

Discussed impacts of PDC FOIA complaint investigations on L.D.’s.  State party is offering to dissolve L.D. PAC’s and umbrella under them.  Impact could limit our autonomy with supporting candidates.  Consensus was to leave status quo for time being.  Brian will invite a rep from the state party to address the body at a general meeting.  We may want to pursue adopting means for back up Treasurer & authority under bylaws.

Saturday, December 9th, “Maggie Award” presentation at Field Office form 10am to Noon to recognize volunteers and award 31st Chair, Brian Gunn and Senate candidate Michelle Rylands.

P.C.O.s:  We want to convert volunteers from 2016 canvass to become P.C.O.’s.  Kali will meet with primary recruiters on developing leaders and work with Coordinators.

Had an open discussion on future programs and on developing a platform specific to L.D. 3.

Mark informed the body that there is a Ritterhaus reception set for 12/7 in Enumclaw.  Also discussed status of other fielded candidates for the 8th C.D.
