School Bond Initiative for Orting School District
Description
Orting School District is asking voters to approve a bond that will generate $137.2 million in funding to construct a new Orting Elementary School and complete significant upgrades to Orting High School. In November of 2024, 59% of voters approved our Bond, but it failed due to the 60% threshold. The school board has scaled back the package this time to make it as affordable as possible while meeting the most essential needs of our school district.
