King and Pierce County Conservation Districts are currently holding elections for open seats on their Boards.
Eligible Pierce County residents must have requested a mail-in ballot by March 3. Pierce County voters are reminded ballots must be postmarked by March 24, 2021, and received by April 2, 2021, to be counted.
King Conservation District includes all registered voters in King County (excluding the cities of Enumclaw, Federal Way, Milton, Pacific, and Skykomish). Voters may return ballots electronically through the online ballot access system or print and mail ballots to King County Elections at 919 SW Grady Way Suite 200, Renton WA 98057. Ballots must be postmarked by March 23, 2021, and received by March 26, 2021, to be counted.
King County candidates Kali Clark and John Comerford introduced themselves to 31st District voters at our February meeting. The timeline did not allow for an endorsement vote to be completed before the completion of the election. |
