Who: Voting members. To meet quorum, we need 10% of total voting members (so at least 8 of our 75) and 25% of executive board members (at least 5 of our 13).
We are holding this meeting to consider endorsing Adam Smith, which we intended to do at the September meeting. This will be a very short meeting. We hope to be in and out in ten minutes or less.
